Giving a student a home away from home begins with creating comfort. The Opal was built with students in mind yet tapping into all the functionalities a home would typically have.
We invested in providing easy access to basic needs to every member of each unit, allowing them to feel the comfort of home. We’ve limited shared spaces to include social activities and conveniences such as the laundry room, which fits the rest of each unit.
Our blocks are dedicated to male and female students separately in double rooms.
All units are fully equipped and consist of two rooms sharing, with a kitchen and bathroom.
